24-Hour Notice Required: To avoid any fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can reach us via phone, text, or email. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up without notice (no-call/no-show), your deposit will be kept as compensation for the time reserved. Late Arrivals: If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on track for the rest of our clients.
